What is the difference between random IP and sticky IP?

Random IP
  • Function: Rotates IPs dynamically (per request or custom intervals: 1–30 minutes) to mimic real user behavior.
  • Use Cases: Ideal for high-anonymity tasks like web scraping, ad verification, or market research—avoids detection by rotating across unique residential IPs.
  • Key Benefit: Maximizes privacy and bypasses anti-scraping tools effectively.
Sticky IP
  • Function: Retains the same IP for a set duration (1–24 hours, customizable) before auto-rotating.
  • Use Cases: Perfect for tasks requiring session consistency, such as account management, social media posting, or long-term data monitoring—prevents login disruptions from frequent IP changes.
  • Key Benefit: Balances stability and anonymity, maintaining a trusted online identity temporarily.

Both support country/city/ISP targeting and SOCKS5/HTTP(S) protocols. Choose Random IP for anonymity-first tasks and Sticky IP for session continuity.
