Install the software.
Download the installation package from https://github.com/SagerNet/SagerNet/releases/tag/0.8.1-rc03. Then, based on your phone model, select one of the two installation packages highlighted in red. If your phone is not particularly old, you can choose the first one.
Standard Proxy Configuration

After starting up, follow the steps in the screenshot below. A yellow box in the screenshot means you should click that location.
